1. Context

Reveer is an integrated commission management solution that seeks to make the complex process of tracking, calculating, and reconciling sales commissions easy. Through seamless integration with CRM systems and other enterprise software, Reveer helps businesses automate payments of commissions, reconcile missed payments, build advanced analytics, and have secure control over their revenue operations. This allows sales teams to spend less time closing deals and driving growth and more time doing so, rather than being bogged down in financial management.

Operating in the commission management industry, Reveer provides key solutions for companies that need to administer complicated commission schemes and process large quantities of data from different sources such as CRM systems.

Although these tasks are essential to the company, most organizations still rely heavily on manual data entry, spreadsheet calculations, and manual reconciliation, which carries the risk of human error, delays, and inefficiencies. As Reveer expands and its clients increase, the need for automation and process optimization becomes increasingly important with the demands of achieving sustainable operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

2 Problem Statement

With the expansion of Reveer's business and customers, they face a critical issue with the lack of automation within its commission management processes. Its current processes incorporate plenty of manual intervention into vital processes like fetching data, mappint data, and matching data between multiple systems.

These manual dependency-induced operational risks are as follows:

• Greater human error rates during data mapping and matching activities.
• Slower processing speeds, particularly with a higher volume and level of complexity in the data.
• Inability to scale, having trouble adding new clients efficiently or managing more sophisticated commission plans.
• Reduced traceability and Auditability, with increased difficulty complying and making information transparent.

Unless such issues are tackled, Reveer can hit operational roadblocks, reduced level of quality of services, and becoming uncompetitive. This is to say a more automated, scalable, and reliable solution is needed to maintain long-term growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

3 Objective

The primary objective of this project is to design and implement a pipeline system that will automate Reveer's commission management process's most important steps. The system specifically focuses on:

• Automating data retrieval from various sources.
• Controllable and flexible data mapping capability to normalize and transform the incoming data into Reveer's internal representations.
• Implementing intelligent data matching functions to match and link records across various systems.

In the process, the project will minimize manual intervention, increase data accuracy, and dramatically enhance operational efficiency, ultimately positively impacting Reveer's scalability and service quality.
